County Council
The seven-member Council is the fiscal body of Owen County, responsible for appropriations, budgets, and salaries. It includes three at-large members and four district-elected members.
- District One: Harrison, Montgomery, Taylor, Wayne Townships
- District Two: Washington Township (includes Spencer)
- District Three: Jackson, Jennings, Lafayette, Morgan Townships

Board of Commissioners
