The Owen County Election Board, operated through the Clerk’s Office, is a three-member bipartisan board currently consisting of Diane Stutsman, Tony Voelker (R), and Linda Roy (D). The board oversees all aspects of election administration in Owen County, including absentee ballots, staffing polling sites, and ensuring fiscal compliance for elections.

📋 Election Responsibilities
- Managing voter registration and maintaining the countywide voter database

- November 2: 8 AM – 3 PM at the Courthouse and Faith Baptist Church
