The Owen County Election Board, operated through the Clerk’s Office, is a three-member bipartisan board currently consisting of Diane Stutsman, Tony Voelker (R), and Frank Coffin (D). The board oversees all aspects of election administration in Owen County, including absentee ballots, staffing polling sites, and ensuring fiscal compliance for elections.
