Owen County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) is a volunteer-powered program that provides children in the court system due to abuse or neglect with a caring, consistent adult advocate. CASA volunteers work to ensure that each childβs voice is heard and that they find a safe, permanent home as quickly as possible.
