Food Services:

Temporary Food Registration (Mobile Units) $30.00

**Permanent Food Establishment Registration:

• 1 to 5 employees      $100.00
• 6 to 10 employees    $150.00
• over 10 employees    $200.00

**(Registration fees are due by January 31st of each year, Late fee will be assessed at $5.00 per day not to exceed $300.00)
